Exceptional customer service is required, you must like people and the animals. Exceptional communication. not only with clients, but also with teammates is needed each day. Remaining calm under extreme stress is essential..
Receptionist must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent certificate and must be authorized to work within the United States.
Essential functions for this job include, but are not limited to:
Professionally answer all phone calls, answer clients' questions in a prompt and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments according to hospital policy
Collect client fees, post and record payments, make change, process credit card transactions and possibly run the end of the day transactions.
Perform a variety of clerical duties, mailing, cleaning, organizing, type memos correspondence, reports and other documents.
Ability to multi-task
Regular attendance and must be on time.
Perform general physical activities that require bending, standing, stooping, moving from room to room, sit, talk and listen.
May be required to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to and occasionally may be required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Writing in records, maintaining records and accounts
