What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Operator - Sintering position at Clearfield Metal Technologies?
3rd Shift
Sunday - Thursday
11pm - 7am
$14/hr base $0.50 shift differential
Operate sintering equipment including but not limited to:
- Handling / placing product on and off of furnace belts
- Visually inspect parts for defects (excessive burrs, chips, etc…)
- Stop equipment immediately in the event that non-conforming product is being produced
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Complete appropriate hold tags as necessary
- Place product in hold area if necessary
- Complete daily production reports as required
