What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Operator - Secondary Machining position at Clearfield Metal Technologies?
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
3pm - 11pm
$0.50 shift differential
Job Duties:
- Handling / placing product in and out of machining equipment
- Make offsets as necessary
- Inspect parts as required per control plans
- Visually inspect parts for defects (excessive burrs, chips, etc…)
- Stop equipment immediately in the event that non-conforming product is being produced
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Complete appropriate hold tags as necessary
- Place product in hold area if necessary
- Complete daily production reports as required
