Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Project Analyst! Project Analysts must have strong team leadership qualities, communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational/project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple high-quality deliverables, and ability to effectively manage competing priorities for success. This includes playing a key role in supporting goal attainment for a successful and innovative commercial new construction efficiency program through field team support, team leadership on project and process workflows, project management from enrollment to close, participation on optimization initiatives, and reporting and communicating program implementation activities. Project Analysts also serve as subject matter experts on a range of complex topics. This position will start January 19, 2026.

This is a fully remote role requiring candidates to be based in Oregon.

For this role, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Support Outreach Managers with project management, application compilation and review, field support, and customer communications.
• Act as a Team Lead for trainings and continuous education opportunities, reviewing work quality and project/process timelines.
• Track and analyze data to produce reports to management.
• Review technical documents (construction drawings, equipment specifications, etc.).
• Compile and review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning project pipeline management, data storage, and data organization.
• Ensure adherence to protocols to use CLEAResult and client systems, documents, and tools.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates and address action items.
• Provide trainings for other individuals, both internal and external, on web-based application use.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that span across teams and drive improvement initiatives.
• Identify and escalate issues or areas of concern for project or department performance to program senior leadership, and develop and implement strategies to address those issues or areas of concern.
