This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

- Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.
- Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues per customer specifications.
- Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers
- Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
- Will provide on the job training
- 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Energy efficiency experience is a plus but not required.
