We're looking for a talented individual...
To join us as a Crew Supervisor! This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions
Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements
Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise
Education and Experience:
Over 3 years' relevant industry experience preferred
BPI Certification a plus
Compensation:
$32 - $35 / hour
DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
