Take ownership by scheduling QA/QC appointments with program participants.
Conduct thorough QA/QC inspections at commercial and industrial customer sites.
Record inspection results, customer, and contractor interactions, and ensure documentation aligns with program requirements.
Communicate deficiencies to stakeholders and coordinate remediation.
Travel throughout a defined territory to perform inspections and verifications.

High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred.
Interest and/or experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers and contractors.
21 with a clean valid drivers license.

DOT Requirements
