Role Description
This is a full-time seasonal role for a Door to Door Sales Representative located in Lancaster, PA. The role involves selling window cleaning door to door directly to potential customers, cultivating relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The representative will be paid through commission, starting at 40% of every sale made plus bonuses. Additionally, training sessions and support will be provided to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Door to Door Sales and General Sales experience is preffered, however not required.
- Ability to participate in Training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Familiarity with or experience in the home serive industry is a valuable asset
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with an outdoor, active sales role involving in-person interaction
