Your Mission:
Drive the success of complex system testing efforts by designing, implementing, and executing rigorous test strategies. Ensure mission-critical systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards while working closely with developers, engineers, and analysts to identify and resolve issues.
\n- Experienced in testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
- Skilled in automating test processes for efficiency and repeatability
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system defects
- Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine system performance
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams
- Automate test cases to improve efficiency and coverage
- Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to validate system functionality and requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry and security standards
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- 10 years of experience in system testing, software validation, or related fields
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in testing enterprise systems, including cybersecurity and intelligence applications
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing and system scalability analysis
- Knowledge of security testing frameworks and best practices
