CRM Administrator
Job Summary
ClearEdge Lending is seeking a CRM Administrator to support our Sales and Business Development (BDR) teams through effective Salesforce management, automation and can independently manage requests while building scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning core administrative responsibilities, partnering with stakeholders, and driving incremental enhancements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring leads, contacts, and accounts are routed correctly, tracked effectively, and optimized for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Operations & Ownership
- Manage day-to-day CRM requests, prioritization, and issue resolution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and support
- Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot assignment issues and ensure data consistency across objects
Salesforce Administration
- Maintain data integrity through audits, cleanup processes, and governance best practices
- Configure and maintain Salesforce components including fields, objects, flows, validation rules, record types, permissions, and page layouts
- Build and enhance reports and dashboards to support business insights focusing on:
- Accurate tracking of Sales teams outreach and activity
- Cadence responses and conversions
- Follow-up tracking and pipeline contribution
- Improve visibility, efficiency, and outcomes across Sales, BDR’s and marketing workflows, key metrics include:
- Outreach Volume Tracking (calls, emails, touches)
- Turnover Rate (Positive Responses → Qualified Opportunities)
- Pipeline Generated (reporting of pipeline generated through BDR and marketing efforts)
System Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor system performance, automation, and integrations (e.g., marketing tools, external data sources)
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support ongoing enhancements to improve outreach volume and conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales leaders and Marketing teams to support CRM initiatives
- Provide clear communication and training to users on process changes
- Balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration or CRM experience
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (additional tools like Sales Engagement or CRMA are a plus)
- Experience building flows, reports, and dashboards
- Familiarity with data management, user support, and system troubleshooting
- Familiarity with marketing integrations (e.g., email platforms, lead sources) is a plus
