Overview:
As a CNO Developer Lead, you will guide the development of advanced cyber capabilities in support of national security. You’ll lead a team of skilled software engineers to design, develop, and deploy offensive and defensive cyber tools.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design and develop low-level software in C, C , or Assembly.
Lead a team of developers supporting SIGINT, CNO, or cyber operations.
Reverse-engineer binaries and exploit vulnerabilities.
Develop mission-critical software with an emphasis on performance and stealth.
Collaborate with analysts and mission personnel to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
10 years of CNO development, malware analysis, or vulnerability research.
Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, and debuggers (e.g., WinDbg).
Python and scripting language proficiency.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
