What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:
✅ Creating a welcoming experience for clients
✅ Scheduling meetings and keeping advisors organized
✅ Preparing paperwork, forms, and client communications
✅ Answering client questions, helping solve problems, trading and money movements
✅ Tracking new business and following up on outstanding items
✅ Supporting client events and appreciation initiatives
✅ Working closely with advisors, paraplanners, and team members to deliver outstanding service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in a client service, administrative, or financial services role
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Financial industry experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of investments, insurance, and annuities is helpful
Bonus Points If You Have
- Ohio Insurance License
- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 66 (or 65 & 63)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience (ability to obtain bonuses)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
