Self-Directed Assistant
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: $53,380-$55,380 per year

Clearbrook, a leading non-profit social services agency, is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Self Directed Assistant (SDA). We are committed to investing in your professional growth and will provide paid certification training for candidates who meet the state's minimum qualifications.
In this role, you will be the primary advocate for individuals in our Home Based Services program. You will go beyond just ensuring compliance; you will manage a caseload of clients and ensure they receive the necessary services from the state.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Valid IL driver's license.
Preferred:
- Case management experience.
