Coordinator - CILA
Location: Libertyville, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, rotating on call weekends (40 hours per week)
Salary: $65,000/yr
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.
The CILA Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a supervisor and a region of residential homes in the community. The Coordinator is responsible for the hiring, supervising, and training of QIDPs in the residential homes, and is responsible for assisting the Directors with administrative responsibilities and program implementation.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, or health related field
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Case management experience is preferred
