Our client, a large telecom provider, is in need of a Procurement Operations Administrator for a 9 month contract opportunity with chance of extension. This individual will be working remotely to support ongoing initiatives within the Global Sourcing Organization (GSO). They will be focused on supporting procurement operations primarily by participating in the administration and optimization of procurement tools to ensure utilization and functionality. They will monitor tool performance and adoption, identifying gaps in usage and working with stakeholders to provide training and improvements. The consultant will also be regularly maintaining documentation, job aids and onboarding materials.

- 4 years of experience working in procurement, sourcing and vendor management
- Strong proficiency in procurement software tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Sievo, etc.)
- Experience working with stakeholders to ensure optimization, administration and training on procurement software tools
- Experience maintaining documentation, job aids, and onboarding materials
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
