Position Summary
ClearBridge Technology Group is a privately held, fast growing technology services firm. Due to continued growth, ClearBridge is looking for a Finance Associate to join our back office team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an entry level role in a fast-paced environment, within the finance field. The successful candidate will join a well-established, high-performing team, reporting directly to the EVP of Finance. This position will be responsible for initially supporting our client account, Toast, to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions related to this account as needed.

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and approve all client-related timesheets & expenses.
- Review and approve consultant travel expense on a weekly basis
- Process invoicing and payroll on a weekly basis.
- Add all applicable employee data into client billing systems.
- Support the EVP of Finance and the Payroll Manager as needed.
- Two shifts assisting the back office team to cover resume formatting.
- Learn the full client scheduling function to provide backup to other team members.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Detail orientated.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and excel at time management.
- Team player and willingness to support all areas of accounting as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary : $55,200 - $69,100
