Business Development Manager
ClearBridge Technology Group is a national technology consulting, staffing, and services company operating across the U.S. We help customers meet strategic technology, business, and staffing challenges with comprehensive service offerings that include professional services support, custom project teams, program and project management, and business analysis and strategy.
The success of our continued growth depends on the Business Development Managers we hire. BDMs are responsible for researching accounts and building relationships with technology & business leaders ranging from Managers through CXOs. They utilize various techniques including cold calling, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, and other methods to build relationships and close business across Fortune 1000 accounts.
We're looking for a hunter, self-starter with high energy levels and experience penetrating complex corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. and use cold calling techniques to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business.
Responsibilities:
• Research and build relationships with technology and business leaders
• Use various sales techniques to build relationships and close business
• Travel to client sites across the U.S.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to identify opportunities
• Set appointments and close business deals
Requirements:
• Prior cold calling experience
• Experience in technology staffing and consulting services or a similar field
• Relevant sales experience in a high-volume inside/outside sales role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships at a CXO level
• Ability to work cross-functionally and utilize various resources
• Experience using CRM systems and computer applications
• College Degree (BS/BA)
