Responsible for purchasing and sourcing materials for the manufacturing process. Manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with procurement policies and government regulations.

Key Duties

• Source materials for manufacturing processes.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and discounts.
• Maintain purchasing policies and guidelines.
• Initiate cost reduction activities with major suppliers.
• Supervise team workload and performance.
• Manage vendor files and supplier records.
• Develop strategies to support business objectives and improve cash flow.
• Resolve procurement issues and champion process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
• Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
