This opportunity supports a team of Exploitation Analysts, Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, and Cyber Network Defense Analysts, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security. Job Description:

• We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, as well as developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. The role supports identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. The analyst will be employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints. Analyst will apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. Mentors other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. The Target Digital Network Analyst Level 3 shall possess the following capabilities:
• Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
• Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
• Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma with 12 years of experience.
• An Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience.
• A Master's Degree with 6 years or experience.
• A PhD with 4 years of experience.
• 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree.
• Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Spanish-enabled. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 140,000-183,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
