Title: Senior Solutions Architect – Data Science

Clearance: Active Secret (TS preferred)
Compensation: $170K–$200K base bonus (up to ~$240K total) Overview: We are seeking a U.S. Government–cleared Senior Solutions Architect to join our Data Science Center of Excellence. This role provides technical leadership across advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data integration initiatives, partnering with customers, internal teams, and OEM partners. Responsibilities: Architect and deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions. Serve as SME for Qlik, Elastic, Confluent, and Databricks. Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and pre-sales support. Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures. Mentor technical staff and contribute to practice growth. Support RFP/RFI technical responses. Requirements: Active DoD Secret clearance (TS preferred) Strong expertise in Qlik (Replicate, Compose, Sense, QDI). 15 years of experience in federal data engineering, analytics, or solution architecture. Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements. Preferred: Databricks, Elastic, Snowflake, Confluent experience Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
