- Defining and managing the requirements management plan, integrating with acquisition milestones and the USACE PCR II schedule
- Leading stakeholder sessions (mission owners, TPOCs, contracting, end-users) to validate priorities and ensuring alignment with funding and acquisition strategy

- Tracking requirement progress and risk against key milestones (draft by 1 Mar 2026, final by 30 Apr 2026)
- Producing supporting baseline documentation (ICDs, CDDs, draft RFP sections, or equivalent)
