Job Title: Quality Technician Job Code : 32106 Job Location: Norfolk, VA Schedule: (5/40) Job Description: L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Technician C to join our Norfolk, Va team. Essential Functions: * Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to procedures, materials, and technical instructions in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform regular inspections of work areas and other quality assessments.
• Attend production meetings for updates on job progress and work with shop leads to address issues.
• Review and finalize records at the conclusion of each work package for storage.
• Maintain equipment and ensure calibration for testing.
• Collaborate with other Quality Assurance Specialist as needed.
• Support quality control initiatives Qualifications: * * High school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of quality or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and QA systems.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and a thorough understanding of electrical/electronic test results.
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Must be a US Citizen.
