Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria. * Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews. * Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs. * Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans. * Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field. * Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred. * Experience: 7-10 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs. * Clearance: Public Trust.
