Program Manager Lead with Security Clearance

Job Description Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking qualified candidates to support an engineering effort in the National Capital Region (NCR). The work scope is to plan, design, test, build, implement, deploy, and transition Information Technology (IT) solutions to meet various customer requirements in the NCR. Selected candidates will provide customers with seamless transitions to leading edge solutions which meet security requirements and provide operations and maintenance for development and test environments and provide specialized support for mission specific systems and applications. The Program Manager is responsible for managing extraordinarily complex and/or high risk programs and shall not serve in any other capability. Directs daily staff and task activities to meet client and corporate work objectives. Key Tasks & Responsibilities * Supervise assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.

• Assure quality of task products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
• Serve as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring subcontractor activities. Education & Experience * Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Must have more than fifteen years' experience, of which at least five years must be supervisory experience.
• Must have ability to manage and ensure successful completion of multiple technical tasks.
• Must have ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff. Certifications * PMP
• CompTIA Security , or higher Security Clearance * Active DOD security clearance (SECRET) Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) * Onsite support within government facilities located across the National Capital Region (NCR) Computer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
