Clearancejobs is assisting one of our clients with a high-visibility program that keeps mission-critical compliance frameworks current and synchronized across people, technology, and operations. You will own the technical SE work end to end — from requirements to delivery — alongside a focused team with long-term contract stability through 2030.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead requirements development, architecture design, and technical documentation across the program lifecycle.
- Serve as the technical authority for your SE work — you own quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Keep requirements and system baselines current through disciplined change control.
- Interface directly with government stakeholders on technical decisions and trade-offs.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and test teams to drive integration and verification.
- Sit on the CCB and participate in design, program, and test reviews.
- Support DoD accreditation activities and program risk management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 20 years of systems engineering experience with a BS degree.
- Strong foundation in requirements management, system architecture, and interface definition.
- Experience with DoDAF frameworks and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition, JCIDS, and Certification & Accreditation processes.
- Ability to assess technical risk and communicate complex issues clearly to engineers and executives alike.
CLEARANCE
Active TS/SCI with a MD customer Polygraph is required. Candidates without a current, active clearance at this level will not be considered.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
