Job Description Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location. Essential Job Duties * Receive and record all OM&R work requests.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations and updates to the CMMS.
- Understand how to execute a preventative maintenance program.
- Maintain prioritized scheduled for OM&R and preventative maintenance programs.
- Experience in initiating and managing "best practices" and process improvements\measure work performance against established goals and standards. Qualifications Minimum Requirements * Active in scope Secret clearance.
- High school diploma, vocational school or trade school diploma.
- Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
- Must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Aptitude to grasp work management systems and reporting using applicable applications related to the work. Additional Information Work Environment * Must reside at an overseas location.
- Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.
- Wear of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
