OneStream Developer with Security Clearance

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will: * Develop and Implement OneStream Solutions:

Design and configure OneStream XF (Extensible Finance) applications aligned with client requirements, leveraging best practices for consolidation, planning, and reporting.

• Gather Requirements & Partner with Stakeholders:
  
  

Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into functional OneStream workflows and data models.

• Support and Optimize Existing Applications:
  
  

Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade OneStream applications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.

• Deliver Enhancements and Automation:
  
  

Develop and implement new features, management dashboards, advanced calculations, and automation within the OneStream ecosystem.

• Ensure Data Integrity:
  
  

Build robust data integration routines to load, transform, and validate data from various ERP and source systems into OneStream, maintaining data integrity at all times.

• Documentation and Training:
  
  

Create technical and end-user documentation. Deliver user training and support to ensure effective OneStream adoption.

Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role * Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• 5 years in enterprise performance management (EPM) or corporate financial systems, including hands-on system development, integration, or support.
• 3 years specifically developing and configuring OneStream XF (or other comparable EPM solutions such as Hyperion, Oracle FCCS, Tagetik, or SAP BPC), with at least 2 years in a primary OneStream development role.
• 2 years building complex business rules, dashboards, and data workflows within OneStream or similar platforms.
• 2 years of data integration experience, including mapping, transformation, and load routines with ERP or financial source systems.
  
  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,900 to $163,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
