BlueHalo, an AV company, is looking for a Modeling and Simulation Engineer. In this position you will execute model-based air and missile defense analysis supporting the MDA Engineering's Architecture Validation/International team's joint analysis with international partners. Job Description:
- Use modeling and simulation tools such as the Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM) to execute system-level air and missile defense modeling on behalf of MDA/DE-CA.
- Participate in international air and missile defense architecture studies and working group forums with MDA's international partners. Travel, to include international locations, may be required.
- Present findings to joint forums with MDA and international partners.
- Participate in planning for model-based studies supporting MDA's objectives in each region. Required:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field
- 3 years of experience with modeling tools supporting defense analysis or trade studies.
- Active Secret clearance
- Engineering skills to include familiarity with modeling and simulation tools.
- Ability to plan for model-based studies supporting MDA's objectives in each region.
- Ability to execute model-based studies and develop analytical reports and briefings for MDA.
- Ability to travel, to include international locations, may be required. Preferred:
- Presentation skills to present findings to joint forums with MDA and international partners.
