Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) with Security Clearance

We are seeking a qualified Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to manage and oversee security operations within classified environments. The CSSO will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security policies, coordinating personnel access, and ensuring compliance with government directives and contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of secure facility protocols. Requirements: * 3 years of experience in physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement

• 2 years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environment
• Knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Familiarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols
