Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Representative will engage directly with prospective Members in locations such as airports or partner venues, explaining CLEAR’s products and services and guiding individuals through enrollment. Responsibilities include delivering clear product demonstrations, answering questions, and providing a positive, customer-focused experience that reflects CLEAR’s brand. The role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, accurately processing sign-ups, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or sales tools. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with teammates and local leadership to support promotional campaigns, optimize sales processes, and uphold compliance and security standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust face-to-face.
- Proven sales or retail experience, including meeting sales goals and handling objections in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools, including tablets, mobile apps, and basic CRM or point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to learn and explain complex products or services, particularly in identity, security, or travel-related industries.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Prior experience in hospitality, airport services, or membership-based programs is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
