Director of Construction Management | Pittsburgh, PA | $250k 20-30% Bonus

I'm currently working with a leading data center developer to identify a Director of Construction Management to join their growing team in Pittsburgh, PA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction leader to play a key role in delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects while leading high-performing teams across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.

✔ Lead, mentor, and develop Construction Managers and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

✔ Drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, design teams, and internal stakeholders.

✔ Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Ensure all projects meet operational, commercial, and client expectations.

Ideal Background:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale construction projects within data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or complex infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning through project closeout.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships at an executive level.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
