Job Description
Responsible for inspection, repair, quality control and delivery of computers and laptops. The candidate will benefit from computer hardware experience and a working knowledge for various Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. The candidate will also be expected to be very efficient and work well with clients and other employees. The candidate takes responsibility for follow-up services or problem escalation, maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. Punctuality, cleanliness and attention to detail are also required for this position. These responsibilities will take place in Clear Winds' offices and at client sites.
