Clear Water Solutions is preparing to relaunch residential water-treatment services in Central Florida. We’re building a network of reliable independent contractors for water softener and whole-house filtration installations.
We welcome established installation businesses, independent installers, and qualified crews. If you already handle installations and have room for additional jobs, we’d like to hear from you.
The opportunity

- Accept jobs based on your availability.
- Agree on the scope, installation rate, and payment terms before accepting each assignment.
- Focus on installation work—no sales or customer prospecting required.
- Be considered for future assignments based on workmanship, reliability, and customer service.
We are building our roster now. Assignments will be offered as jobs become available; a minimum job volume is not guaranteed.
What you’ll do
- Install and replace residential water softeners and whole-house filtration systems.
- Complete the plumbing connections, drainage, startup, and programming required for the assigned system.
- Check for leaks and confirm proper operation.
- Explain basic system operation and maintenance to the homeowner.
- Leave the work area clean and submit completion photos.
- Flag any site conditions or additional work before proceeding.
Who we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience installing residential water softeners or filtration systems.
- Your own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete professional installations and troubleshoot common issues.
- Dependable communication, punctuality, and respectful customer service.
- Current insurance and any licenses or credentials applicable to the work you accept.
- Willingness to provide references or examples of completed installations.

We’re seeking contractors serving Orlando, Clermont, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City, Lakeland, and surrounding Central Florida communities. You do not need to cover every area.
