What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Clear Water Real Estate Enterprises LLC?
We are looking to hire a Property Manager for a local, family-owned Property Management Company. Our office can be fast-paced at times, which makes things exciting around here! The ideal candidate would have an upbeat, outgoing personality, along with the skills to stay self-motivated and willing to learn. Previous experience is preferred but not a requirement. One should be computer-savvy, dependable, detail-orientated, able to solve problems, and have great communication skills.
As a Property Manager, you need the ability to handle a workload independently. We work as a team, but designate tasks according to one’s strengths. Some of these tasks include managing all aspects of our rental properties, marketing and advertising vacancies, hosting showings, preparing lease agreements, keeping accurate records, lease signings, inspecting and arranging property maintenance, handling tenant issues with a sense of urgency and good judgement, and maintaining a positive relationship with our tenants. You must be able to work with multiple software programs and different vendors. Becoming knowledgeable of each property and anticipating difficult situations, along with areas of opportunities. Implementing and enforcing policies is also a necessity. There are instances when you are asked to drive your own vehicle. An acceptable driving record and a reliable car are required.
This is a long-term position offering 40 hours/week. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30am - 5:30pm (with flexibility at times).
**Mandatory weekends and overtime during a short period of the year.**
