Clearwater Pools by Gabe is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner / Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, including routine cleaning, maintenance, and water chemistry balancing.This is a great opportunity to start a career in the pool service industry — no experience required, as we provide paid, on-the-job training.Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
- Test, balance, and adjust pool chemicals (chlorine, pH, etc.)
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment and filtration systems
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing pools
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to operate a company-provided service vehicle
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, landscaping, or service routes (preferred but not required)
- Experience with water testing or chemical handling is a plus
