Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paralegal, based in Tacoma, WA, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing case materials for accuracy and compliance. The role also involves managing communications with clients, organizing case files, and supporting attorneys in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning and professional representation of CLEAR WATER PNW's legal services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Proficiency in Research and analysis of legal matters
- Attention to detail in Document Review and file organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with family law and estate planning practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
