Clear Vision Center is a premium, surgery-focused vision correction practice in Michigan — and we’re adding a Cataract & Refractive Surgeon to our team.

👁️ The Role
- Surgery-focused schedule: surgical consultations, procedures, and postoperative care — no routine or comprehensive exams
- Active surgical caseload of 500–1,000 cases annually
- Premium Office-based Surgery Center on-site
- Cataract: laser-assisted phaco, toric, EDOF, trifocal, Light Adjustable Lens (LAL), YAG
- Refractive: LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO ICL, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE)
- Advanced diagnostic technology and an experienced, collaborative surgical team
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $350,000/year, commensurate with experience
- Profit sharing program — you grow when the practice grows

✅ What We’re Looking For
- ABO BC/BE ophthalmologist with cataract and/or refractive surgery training or equivalent high-volume experience
- Demonstrated commitment to superior surgical outcomes
