Responsibilities
- Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Perform thorough cleaning of glass surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, pressure washers, and industrial cleaning equipment
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions while adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing as needed to maintain overall property cleanliness
- Handle heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning equipment or materials while following manual handling guidelines
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, harnesses, helmets, and eye protection during all tasks
- Follow safety protocols rigorously, including fire extinguisher use when necessary during outdoor or industrial cleaning activities
- Maintain detailed records of completed work, inspections, and safety checks for each site
Experience
- Prior experience in outdoor or commercial window cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with ladder use, hand tools, pressure washing equipment, and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and manual handling practices is essential
- Experience with duct cleaning or floor buffing adds value but is not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions
