What You’ll Do
• Work directly with clients on quotes, coverage questions, renewals, and new business.
• Handle high-volume tasks quickly and accurately—no slowing down.
• Run full coverage reviews and make sure every client is properly protected.
• Solve client problems fast, with confidence and common sense.
• Communicate constantly—calls, texts, emails, whatever clients need.
• Close business and support the department’s production goals.
• Be the go-to person for getting things done, no excuses, no delays.
