The Clear View Counseling Center is currently seeking to hire a full-time psychotherapist/ mental health therapist who is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland to join our busy group practice.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical appropriateness/ fitness for an outpatient practice environment via phone consultations
- Provide clinically sound, evidence-based case conceptualization and clinical interventions
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs as needed
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- License to practice in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in clinical social work, counseling, or clinical psychology
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organization skills, self-discipline, and an ability to perform administrative tasks independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with couples, children, or families preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
