Outpatient Psychotherapist (LMSW or LGPC)

The Clear View Counseling Center is currently seeking to hire a full-time psychotherapist/ mental health therapist who is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland to join our busy group practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clinical appropriateness/ fitness for an outpatient practice environment via phone consultations
• Provide clinically sound, evidence-based case conceptualization and clinical interventions
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs as needed
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

• License to practice in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience in clinical social work, counseling, or clinical psychology
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong organization skills, self-discipline, and an ability to perform administrative tasks independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with couples, children, or families preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
