We’re currently looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our growing team in the greater Chicago area as an Entry Level Sales Associate. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Represent major telecom clients—like AT&T—in residential environments, helping customers find solutions tailored to their needs.
- Learn the sales cycle by working closely with experienced representatives who will coach you on customer engagement, product knowledge, and service presentations.
- Build rapport with customers through personalized, one-on-one conversations to ensure they feel confident and informed in their purchasing decisions.
- Assist with sales logistics, including processing orders, preparing sales materials, and keeping records up to date.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Stay up to date on products and promotions, helping educate customers on the latest innovations in wireless, internet, and streaming services.
- Support Entry Level Sales Associate team efforts by collaborating with peers and contributing to a high-energy, goal-oriented sales environment.
