Job Title: Title Processing Assistant
Overview
The Title Processing Assistant serves as the first point of contact at our front desk, providing essential administrative and customer support for our Title team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady but fast-paced workflow, takes initiative, and thrives in a self-directed environment. The position offers predictable Monday–Friday daytime hours with only rare, occasional overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new title orders promptly and accurately as they come in.
- Answer and route incoming calls with clarity and a client-service mindset.
- Front Desk Coverage: Greet clients and visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Assist the Title team with routine administrative support and occasional project-based tasks.
- Monitor, track, and restock office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain organized digital files and physical documents.
- Assist with scanning, copying, document preparation, and other office duties as assigned.
- Provide backup support during busy periods or staff absences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate or title work is ideal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, polished communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- Self-directed and able to stay productive with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable learning and following established processes and systems.
- Experience with Qualia a plus.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no evenings or weekends required).
- Rare, occasional overtime during peak times.
- Front-desk position within a collaborative, supportive team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
