ClearPro is looking to connect with an experienced Paint Protection Film installer as we explore expanding our team.
We are a high end automotive protection shop specializing in paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coatings. Our reputation is built on precision installs, strong dealership relationships, and long term client trust.
At this time, we are specifically interested in installers who already have professional PPF experience and can work independently within a structured shop environment.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of professional PPF installation experience
- Experience installing full front packages and full vehicle PPF coverage
- Strong prep and contamination control habits
- Clean wrapped edges and consistent finish quality
- Comfort working on high end and newer vehicles
- Reliable, steady, and team oriented
Experience with XPEL or other premium PPF brands is preferred.
What This Role Includes
- Installing paint protection film packages ranging from partial fronts to full vehicle coverage
- Maintaining high quality standards from prep to final inspection
- Working alongside a professional team in an organized shop
- Contributing to a positive and accountable work culture
We are not currently hiring for entry level or training positions, but we are open to speaking with skilled installers who take pride in their craft.
Compensation
