We're looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential Treatment Program. You'll provide compassionate, client-centered care through assessments, individual and group therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments for new clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that actually make a difference.
- Lead engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions (yes, you'll make an impact).
- Continuously monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
- Provide top-tier clinical documentation (we know, not the most exciting, but SO important).
- Jump into interdisciplinary team meetings like the rockstar collaborator you are.
- Step in with crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support clients from all angles.
- Follow all the important stuff: ethical guidelines, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, DMH, and CARF.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and quality improvement efforts.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience working with SUD and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and proper documentation practices.
- Familiarity with DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
Bonus Points If You:
- Hold a CADC or CRADC certification.
- Have 2 years in a residential or inpatient SUD setting.
- Are trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Trauma-Informed Care.
- Know your way around recovery-oriented systems and integrated care models.
