What You'll Do
- Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush and vacuum pools
- Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Identify maintenance and repair needs
- Keep the company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete digital service reports using a company-provided mobile device
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
