POSITION SUMMARY

Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, with services currently provided throughout Central Pennsylvania and continued growth into additional communities. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (flexible scheduling allows you to set your availability ranging from five to forty hours per week) to join our dedicated team serving preschool-aged children primarily in preschool, daycare, and community settings throughout Montgomery County.
Unlike many therapy companies, we have built our organization around supporting our clinicians. Every therapist is paired with a dedicated supervisor as part of our leadership team. Our supervisors intentionally maintain reduced caseloads (approximately 60% productivity) and oversee small teams of only 8 to 10 therapists and support personnel, allowing for meaningful mentorship, clinical consultation, problem-solving support, and professional growth opportunities.
