Job Summary:
Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Abilene , Texas area.
This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes.
The current shift day/times that need filled are:
Sunday thru Saturday; 12 hour shifts AM/PM
Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.50 an hour, with weekly pay.
In addition, caregivers receive the following benefits:
Medical benefit (paid for by the company)
Optional: Offered at group discounted rates

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Salary : $15 - $17
