We are expanding our Scottsdale sales floor. This is a high-converting inbound role with no cold calling. You will work with consumers actively seeking help, using a proven, compliant process. This role is built for closers, not entry-level candidates.
What you'll do
- Handle 100% inbound leads from high-performing marketing channels
- Consult with clients and enroll qualified applicants using a structured, proven process
- Review financials and guide clients through approval
- Handle objections and close while staying inside our compliance standards
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
Who we're looking for
- Experienced phone sales pros with a track record of closing
- Comfortable discussing sensitive financial situations with empathy and accuracy
- Coachable and able to work a structured, compliant playbook
- Debt relief, financial services, or high-volume B2C sales experience strongly preferred

- $16/hr base (W-2) plus uncapped commission, paid weekly
