Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Lockhart, TX. The Educator will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CLEAR’s individualized learning and leadership-focused curriculum. Daily responsibilities include planning instruction, facilitating learning experiences, assessing student progress, and providing feedback that supports academic and personal growth. The Educator will collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials, participate in professional learning, and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, communicating regularly with families or caregivers, and supporting student social-emotional development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience applying child-centered, individualized learning approaches.
- Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training to design, adapt, and deliver effective learning experiences.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and colleagues in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Ability to create a supportive classroom culture that fosters leadership, curiosity, and student empowerment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification or eligibility preferred.
- Experience working in K–12 settings, private schools, or innovative/leadership-focused programs is beneficial.
- Comfort using educational technology and data to inform instruction and track student progress.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive practices in all aspects of teaching and learning.
