Duties
- Assist the team with coordinating new dental office projects from start to finish
- Help keep track of project schedules, deadlines, and important tasks
- Support communication with real estate team, architects (blueprint feedback), contractors, and vendors by relaying information and updates
- Assist with organizing documents, bids, permits, and project materials
- Attend occasional site visits and travel for project check-ins (overnight trips may be needed)
- Help with coordinating equipment or supply orders as directed
- Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, and progress updates
- Learn the project process and gradually take on more responsibility under guidance - Room to Grow
Qualifications
- NO Experience is required. We are looking for a ambitious person who is willing to learn our systems and advance themselves.
- Experience in an office environment with clerical is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
